The post holder will liaise with Health Professionals and their teams in the UHB, gathering data and ensuring patients pathways are tracked appropriately utilizing relevant patient management systems. The post holder will also assist the Validation Team in updating report outcomes and provide general administrative support to the Validation Team as required. We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual to work alongside us within the Validation Team. The applicant should have the essential requirements outlined in the personal specification , with excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work with minimum supervision and the ability to prioritise their own workload. Fixed Term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. Communication & Relationships Communicate effectively about information relating to validation activity within the UHB to staff in departments. Form good working relationships with Clinical Staff and Directorate Teams when supporting with specialty validation, including applying outcomes accordingly on electronic patient systems Data and Information Management Working to the principles of information management using computers and will be accessing, inputting data and creating reports from a number of local and national databases. Cleanse data held on validation databases on an ongoing basis and will need to exercise judgements when dealing with queries related to the data. The post requires problem solving skills in relation to information management and excellent attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data. The post holder will require intermediate experience of database systems and be skilled at manipulating, querying and presenting data in Excel. Other The post holder will be responsible for personal development including mandatory and statutory training. The post holder will be required to keep up-to-date with information related policy developments. "}
