To demonstrate highly specialist clinical skills in an area relevant to the team you work in To lead/supervise others within the service and to act as a resource and support for other therapists working with children with speech, language, and social communication difficulties. To be responsible for the management of a caseload of children with developmental speech and language delays/disorders and social communication difficulties To provide line management to junior staff and SLTAs and participate in and provide clinical supervision and support as required. To work with parents, carers, school staff and other agencies involved in the children's care as well as part of a multi-agency team. To work as a member of the community paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Team.
