To thrive as our Deputy Director for People, you will need experience in demanding people management or HR roles gained from either the NHS or other highly regulated people facing organisations, with the ability to manage a wide-ranging portfolio. You will be a visible and influential presence, serving as a focal point for leaders and managers, and leading the People Directorate team of over 100. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an open, honest, and 'just' culture, motivating staff at all levels to engage and contribute to improvement. With highly developed people skills, you will partner effectively with others, demonstrating kindness while encouraging everyone to give their best.
