The demand for our service is growing and we are looking to expand our team. Icanho's client base is 100% acquired brain injury including stroke. Our clinical work is undertaken as an interdisciplinary team and physiotherapy is an integral and valued part of that work. You will be working alongside our small team of experienced specialist physiotherapists to deliver client centred rehabilitation, 1:1 and group interventions and at the same time continually building your skills and knowledge. Main duties: With support from the specialist physiotherapists to exercise professional responsibility for specialist ABI PT assessment, treatment and discharge of clients. To provide PT assessments of clients based upon the appropriate use, analysis and interpretation of data from a variety of sources, including valid outcome measures. To formulate and implement plans with the client and their family or carer for evidence based treatment and/or management, including goal setting and discharge planning. To ensure a high quality of treatment is delivered with the support of the specialist PTs in the team, using ABI experiential and theoretical knowledge, clinical reasoning and reflective practice.
