Hull Royal is a Major trauma centre and has recently undergone a major £8 million development of the emergency department. Castle Hill is the regional oncology and cardio-thoracic centre We have 4 satellite x-ray departments in the community located in East Hull, Hornsea , Withernsea and Beverley plus a new Community Diagnostic Centre opening early 2025 soon in the centre of Hull. The largest of these is East Riding Community Hospital located on the outskirts of Beverley. These departments provide plain film imaging for referrals from GP's ,OPD's ,community wards and Minor Injuries Units Minimum requirements are BSc or DCR(R) in Diagnostic Radiography and 2 years post qualification experience is desirable.
