This is achieved by the effective handling (and standardisation) of clinical documentation, patients paper records and parts of the registration process, non-NHS private work related to the patient as well as other administrative tasks. This administration should be processed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, following set protocols, ensuring that medical records are kept up to date. Up to full time hours (37.5) per week available on a permanent basis, part time or full time availble. Working pattern to be discussed at interview. The rate of pay is £12.00 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience, with a NHS or Nest Pension offered. Interviews will be held on Monday 14th or Thursday 17th October. Process practice correspondence (paper, electronic and email) attaching it to the patient record, read coding accurately diagnosis, procedures, and investigations, identifying and carrying out actions, using the most current protocols and processes available Identify the complex or higher risk areas that require input or knowledge from the clinical team, including safeguarding issues and working to the agreed practice protocols.
