More detail about the role You will provide strategic leadership to the site management team, whilst collaborating with and providing expert advice to operational and clinical teams for the development and delivery of effective patient flow across the site. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations and Patient Flow, you will provide day to day operational leadership of hospital flow, and contribute to site, Trust and system strategic planning to facilitate timely, patient centred discharge processes. You will have experience of leading teams of colleagues to deliver on improvement and transformation, be able to build strong and effective relationships and have a passion for achieving the very best of patients.
