If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13. The aim being that the right care is delivered to the right people at the right time The Stockport Primary Care Network is in the position to offer an exciting new opportunities to enthusiastic individuals who would be keen to support our integrated teams working across Adult Social Care and Stockport Foundation Trust. The post holder will work with the Community Nurses and Adults Social care staff to provide a first class service to the residents of Stockport. We are looking for a flexible, innovative Nurse Associate practitioner with a variety of clinical skills. The District Nursing Service provides care in patients' homes as well as residential homes caring for patients with complex needs and supporting carers. Stockport District Nursing Service offers a supportive preceptorship programme for staff new to community and welcomes applications from newly qualified staff. "}
