We look forward to receiving your application. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated experienced RNLD or RMN to join our 'Outstanding' National Autism Inpatient team. The National Autism Unit (NAU) is a 15-bedded male inpatient service which provides care for autistic adults with complex needs and comorbid mental health difficulties. Working as part of a multi -disciplinary team you will have excellent communication skills and team working abilities. A key role of the Clinical Charge Nurse is to lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team. We are looking for an individual who is able to support junior staff and students in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership and sharing of knowledge. You will work very closely with the ward manager and other Clinical Charge Nurses to ensure that the unit maintains the highest standard of care provision and safe level of staffing. The post holder will have a role in all aspects of service development and improvement. In return, our service will provide you with high levels of supervision and support during your working career with us and provide you with personal development plans to help you develop in this role. Deliver, or advise on the delivery of, high quality safenursing care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinicalexcellence which comply with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) codeof professional conduct.
