We are looking for a passionate, motivated, highly skilled Midwives to take on the challenge of coordinating a busy labour ward and midwifery led units, working alongside a well-established team of coordinators, midwives and medical staff. In order to apply for this position you should have significant midwifery experience in all areas of Maternity care and will need to demonstrate proven clinical skills and abilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the Maternity Unit during your shift by allocating the workload on intrapartum areas and deploying staff appropriately throughout the Maternity Unit to ensure the safety of all patients. You will provide leadership by example, monitor standards and support colleagues in their practice. You will have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to balance competing priorities effectively. You will be forward thinking and act as a change agent working with the senior management teamto develop the services we provide. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the Maternity Unit during your shift by allocating the workload on intrapartum areas and deploying staff appropriately throughout the Maternity Unit to ensure the safety of all patients. You will be required to work day and night shifts 24/7 across the intrapartum areas. "}
