The key purpose of this role is to: A Network Engineering & Security Manager designs, implements, and maintains network and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, and security while troubleshooting issues. They integrate and manage various communication platforms, provide user support and training, and handle vendor relationships. Strategically, they develop technology plans, manage budgets, enforce policies, and plan for disaster recovery. Their primary goal is to ensure the network and communication systems operate effectively, securely, and efficiently to support the organization's needs.
