We are looking for an Ophthalmic Assistant to join our busy ophthalmology team in the Outpatient Department. The Outpatient Department provides services for a variety of specialties including orthopaedics, ophthalmic, urology, obstetrics-gynaecology, dermatology, plastics, rheumatology, neurology. These role would ideally suit an experienced Ophthalmic Technician who can support our consultant body and patients by performing a range of scans including OCT, Topography, Biometry, Visual Fields, Visual Acuities and pressures. We have recently expanded the service and invested in new equipment to be able to offer a dedicated service. We also perform procedures within the department including chalazions and blepharoplasties in our minor procedures suite. "}
