We are looking for proactive and dynamic Clinical Support Workers to join our multi-disciplinary team in our Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC). The bedded unit will focus on providing high quality, integrated care for patients from within the local adult population with sub-acute health care needs. Your role will be to provide person centred care to the patients in line with their care plan. The care will be planned and assessed by the Registered Nurses and Therapists and provided under the direct supervision of the registered nurses or other members of the multidisciplinary team. To join our multidisciplinary team you must have: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or demonstrable equivalent experience. caring and compassionate attitude a strong desire to help people good communication skills The post involves a 7 day working rota.
