The clinical commitment will be within the SHO level rota and include daytime working on the Nephrology wards, clinics and Renal Take. There is scope to expand the role to include on-call working, if the post holder desires. The Royal Free Hospital Renal Department is a tertiary referral, academic renal unit providing renal services to North Central London. The post offers excellent clinical experience in dialysis, transplantation, chronic kidney disease and acute kidney injury (AKI). CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1.1 You must maintain acceptable clinical standards. 1.2 Principles of Clinical Governance must be an integral part of your clinical practice. 1.3 You will be expected to provide clear and concise documentation. 1.4 You will liaise with colleagues from other departments and specialties whose input may be needed for your patients. 2.
