We will also be looking at establishing continuity teams and establishing an integrated midwifery model of care so the successful candidate will be expected to participate within these new models of care. To be and active team member providing the full range of midwifery care at the same time as developing your skills in order to become an advanced midwifery practitioner. To enhance your midwifery role by developing excellent leadership and managerial skills to ensure a dynamic and innovative approach to team building / performance.
