The individual would be a motivated individual who is driven, has the enthusiasm and ability to lead the day to day operations of the team, as well as provide management supervision as well as clinical support to the integrated team. You should also be passionate about later Life Services and the development both staff and the service and genuinely want to make a difference in service users lives and the staff that provide the care. To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary Later Life Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT). The team is integrated, flexible, user-focussed, and recovery-orientated to deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to service users with mental health needs, to ensure delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (MATS, Functional and Organic) as outlined within the OACMHT standard operational procedure. Participation as a member of the Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services. Participate in the service bronze on call rota as required.
