You will provide specialist skills and knowledge to support the running of clinical research in a range of clinical trials, both commercial and non-commercial. You will work within the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring a smooth delivery of care to patients entered into clinical trials. You need to be an excellent team player, have good communication skills, excellent time management skills and attention to detail is a must. Cardiology experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. The successful applicant must have research experience and will be part of the Research Delivery Team which involves recruiting patient participants into clinical trials, carrying out trial activity in line with the ethically approved protocol and in accordance with legislation. You will be responsible for supporting the Research Team in meeting its responsibilities for continuing and raising recruitment into a wide range of NIHR portfolio studies, including commercial and non-commercial studies.
