Responsible for putting stores away, including stock rotation and keeping all storage areas clean and tidy in line with the Food Hygiene Regulations. Removal of all refuse and rubbish into the appropriate waste streams including food waste and waste oil and replenishing and cleaning of all refuse bins located in the area. To ensure high standards of both personal and food hygiene are maintained and ensuring all relevant departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
