About us To work in collaboration with the Community CYPMHS Operational Manager, to ensure the highest standards of practice and service delivery. This will include management of duty, rotas, recruitment/HR, allocations and case management, maintaining governance, patient experience, performance, finance etc To work as part of the CYPMHS Service Line to deliver safe services in line with Thrive principles To provide day to day management, leadership and supervision to a multi- disciplinary community CYPMHS team. The Team Leader will operationally manage nurses, social workers, psychologists and other clinical staff, ensuring that the needs of service users are met through the effective deployment of these staff. They will also maintain a clinical role and/ or a caseload dependent on need. You will contribute at a local level to the development and implementation of policies and procedures. You may on occasion deputise for the Operational Manager in their absence, as agreed with the Service Manager, and provide cover for other Team Leaders. You will ensure, in collaboration with other professional colleagues that professional practice meets standards as set by HPFT and/or professional statutes and bodies.
