Development and review of standard operating procedures, protocols and processes enabling joint working across the system to ensure the system is providing appropriate care and support to people with learning disabilities and / or autistic people.Organise and chair care, (education) treatment reviews, Local Area Emergency Protocol Meetings and Multi-disciplinary discussions ensuring high standards of delivery and clear action plans. Act as an advocate for people with learning disabilities and autism, working across health, social care, children and adults' services to tackle the poorer outcomes, experiences and social exclusion of people with learning disabilities and autism Provide data, information, thematic reviews and activity reports as required to NHSE Region and ICB commissioning, quality and assurance boards.Capture learning from C(E)TRs, oversight visits and other work, to provide an overview of lessons learned and gaps in services, with a focus on improving the impact of the CTR on the individual and family and informing operational and strategic planning Analyse a variety of complex information from different sources/data information ensuring that results are accurate, fit for purpose, consistent and presented to a high standardTo provide high quality, timely and relevant analytical and management data for service areas, teams and pathways as required About us Please see the job description and the person specification documents attached within this job advert.
