To work with senior managers within the Trust to agree a model for the future provision of facilities services and to take responsibility for implementing this. Lead on change management based on experience, ensuring continuous improvement is maintained. Through the Facilities and Estates Managers, ensure the environment within the Trust is safe for service users and staff and the services delivered by teams to be of a high quality that meet the needs of service users and staff. About us The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the Estates and Facilities Teams are, at all times, staffed with suitably qualified and experienced Personnel who are trained, developed and motivated to provide effective and efficient services across the Trust.
