Practice Interview

What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services and provide specific examples of tangible results you achieved?
2. What motivated you to specialise in podiatry, and how does this align with your understanding of the impact of musculoskeletal pain in the wider community?
3. Describe a time when you collaborated with other healthcare professionals to address a patient’s needs. What was your role, and what was the outcome?
4. How do you personalise care for patients with varied physical and emotional needs? Can you provide an example?
5. What approaches do you take to develop team members and foster a culture of learning within your team?
6. How do you assess and drive the quality of your clinical audits? What specific metrics do you find most valuable?
7. What core values underpin your clinical expertise and people management style? How do these values influence your practice?
8. What aspects of working at Connect Health specifically appeal to you, and how do you see yourself contributing to the team?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
