This offers you the chance to progress and enhance your skills within a supportive clinical environment. The unit includes a 16-bed inpatient facility, 9-bed Day Care Unit, and a busy outpatient clinic. The multidisciplinary team features Bone Marrow Transplant, Apheresis, Paediatric Oncology Outreach, Late Effects, Haemophilia, and Non-Malignant Haematology Services. If you have a passion for Haematology and Oncology, and are ready to take on a leadership role, we would love to hear from you! Reporting into the Ward Manager, your responsibilities will include: Take charge of the ward, allocate patients, and manage daily tasks. Provide skilled nursing care to patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless patient care. Support and act as a role model to junior staff Help the Ward Manager manage the department, including maintaining clinical governance and resource management Deputise for the Ward Manager and represent them at meetings About us For more information on the main responsibilities for this post, please refer to the job description and person specification.
