Sutton Single Point of Access Team (Sutton PLRS - SPA) provides a borough-based access only service for adults aged 18-74, whereby all referrals are channelled through our team, and directed to receive appropriate care either within the Trust or in Primary care. We work closely with the Sutton Talking Therapies Service, Sutton Integrated Recovery Hubs, early intervention, Coral Crisis Hub & HTT and the AMHP service. We work in close partnership with GP commissioners and other key partners, including voluntary organisations. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our busy team who is able to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy in assessing patient's mental health care needs, and who can deliver a caring and safe service in a timely and organized way.
