13. What steps would you take to promote Expert by Experience involvement in service delivery?
14. Describe your experience attending and contributing to Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings. How do you ensure your voice is heard?
15. What do you believe are the key elements to fostering a supportive environment within a team?
16. What are your professional goals for the next few years, and how do you see this role helping you achieve them?
