Clinical Care: Conduct developmental paediatric clinics and provide multidisciplinary assessments and follow-ups. Participate in safeguarding activities, including medical assessments for children referred by police or social care, and contribute to multi-agency discussions, strategy meetings, and supervision. Perform medical examinations for Looked After Children and complete all related documentation promptly. Professional Development: Engage in personal development and contribute to the training, supervision, and development of colleagues. Participate in departmental audits, clinical governance, teaching, and service development. Undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to meet college or professional body requirements, with appropriate support and facilities provided.
