The postholder will work collaboratively with the Head of Midwifery to direct midwifery workforce plans for the service, providing managerial support and deputising as required. They will work collaboratively with the Directorate Triumvirate to build on the clinical and business success of the service, extending reputation and capacity to contribute to the corporate success of the Trust. The successful candidate will provide expert midwifery advice and leadership for the Trust and will undertake relevant projects within and outside the Trust, the networks, representing midwifery for the organisation.
