3. How do you define Continuing Healthcare and why is it important in the context of patient care?
4. Can you describe your understanding of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS funded Nursing Care? How do you ensure compliance with these standards in your work?
5. What specific experience do you have in assessing individuals with complex needs, such as mental health issues or dementia?
6. How would you approach a situation where a patient’s needs do not seem to fit neatly within the parameters of the established framework?
7. Can you provide an example of a time when you effectively communicated complex information to stakeholders, such as patients' families or multidisciplinary teams?
8. How do you ensure that you maintain effective communication when working as part of a team as well as independently?
9. Describe a time when you had to manage a conflict within a team. How did you handle it?
10. How do you prioritise your workload when faced with competing demands? Can you provide an example?
11. Can you discuss a time when you successfully managed multiple cases simultaneously? What strategies did you use to keep everything on track?
12. Tell us about a challenging case you have worked on. What was the issue, and how did you resolve it?
13. How do you stay up to date with changes in NHS policy, particularly regarding Continuing Healthcare?
14. In your opinion, what qualities are essential for a successful CHC Assessor?
15. Why do you believe you would be a good fit for this role and our team specifically?
16. Do you have any questions about our team's current projects or the direction of Continuing Healthcare within our organisation?
