This role require a dynamic individual who is an effective communicator, is forward thinking and able to perform both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to co-ordinate and manage competing priorities, good organisational skills, time management and a solid understanding of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS funded Nursing Care. Your daily working environment will offer varied and interesting aspects of NHS services. Continuing Healthcare is an assessed funding stream and therefore you will get the chance to interact with various stake holders, patients, and their families on a regular basis.
