Ensure mandatory fire safety checks (e.g., weekly fire alarm tests) are carried out by the IT & Premises Manager or delegated staff, and oversee the process. Ensure all appointed Fire Marshals receive adequate training. Coordinate health and safety and fire training for all staff, both new and existing.
