We are looking for an experienced IT professional with solid experience in successfully managing Clinical and corporate systems and lead a team in the training and go-live phases of each work stream across the Trust. We need you to contribute to improved utilisation of Clinical Applications at LTHTR for the benefit of our patients, reducing wait times and improving financial outcomes. You will have responsibility for daily management, on-going support and maintenance (including training), service development and technical administration of the System Management across Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley District Hospital, including the interfaces and integration with various hospital systems. Provide technical support and advice to end users, of all disciplines, and departments. You will be part of the Enterprise Wide Applications team and will be expected to work closely with other Digital teams, Clinical and Operational staff within the Medicine Division. In addition you will lead in all areas relating to the system management and also be involved in any changes that happen for systems that are interfaced. This includes liaising with the system provider in regards to upgrades, potential system developments and business as usual issues. To liaise closely with Operations departments to ensure business as usual is followed correctly, to encourage system use for all admin and clinical staff affected and assist in any changes to standard operating procedures and keep updated with business and usual with all stakeholders. Manage day to day operations, system issues and data quality/information governance issues.
