The Post Holder will be supported by the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for driving recruitment campaigns and managing talents in the hospital. You will be responsible for undertaking safe and fair recruitment activities both externally and internally driving down vacancies and increasing applications and job offers. You will be providing practical support to the Recruitment Team to reduce vacancies and recruit into hard to recruit posts. The post holder will be responsible for cold calling candidates, sourcing candidates from various job boards, running recruitment campaigns and attend external recruitment events. As a memeber of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managingyour own area of work, you will manage and support candidates through the on-boarding process. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhoc recruitment, HR and payroll queries. This post covers both clinical and non-clinical recruitment including bank appointments About us To identify multiple work streams for candidate attraction focusing on the overall reduction of vacancies across the hospital, working with hiring managers to understand which platforms would be most effective to enable maximum impact on vacancy reduction.
