This post offers an excellent opportunity for you to play a key role in delivering change with purpose which will directly improve the care we offer to the population of Devon. The postholder will have the opportunity to manage projects and service change in one or more of the following key transformation programmes - theatres, outpatients, cancer pathways, diagnostics, community services, digital innovation, capital build projects, and environmental sustainability. The Trust is keen to support all managers to be the best they can be, not only for themselves, but also for the services they support.
