To promote and improve the health of Looked After Children by providing direct services and enhancing local co-ordination and communication between young people, carers, health, education, social services and voluntary agencies. To assess and formulate the health needs of children and young people Looked After, including physical and emotional aspects, cultural diversity, and health-promoting activities.
