What youll need: A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant (Qualifications required to accompany individuals with 6-12 months experience) or Studying as a Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks clinical placements, studying towards a Mental Health Nursing degree *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
