Ensuring necessary / appropriate equipment is available for management treatment needs of the patients covered within the ward area. Reporting on workforce requirements for meeting service demand Line management of staff working within the service area Responsible for staff supervision, annual appraisal, management of attendance and performance, and identifying and facilitating staff training needs.
