The service operates from 7am until 7pm across Richmond borough, with a vacancy at Centre House, SW14 8LP and Teddington TW11 0LR As a senior community nurse you will assist the Community Team Manager in the management of a designated caseload, ensuring that holistic assessments are undertaken by a competent practitioner within the nursing team.
