The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly and provide high quality care with particular emphasis on:- Assessment and review of patients with chronic ophthalmic conditions To provide support with Ophthalmology scans and extended role areas across Macclesfield and Congleton sites. Hours per week: 24 The nurse will assist in the identification of health needs and participate in the delivery and evaluation of care interventions developed to meet those needs under the supervision of a registered Practitioner. Supervision may be direct/indirect depending upon level of competency and the complexity of work.
