You will work closely with our surgical teams and lead clinical pharmacists to develop and deliver pharmaceutical services to our surgical patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting as well as our other site at Queen Mary's, Sidcup. A relocation package is available for those relocating to Dartford for this role.
