If so, Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KGH) is looking for you. We have exciting opportunities for you to join our rapidly growing theatre team that offers a 24/7 elective and emergency service. We have a wide range of specialties including ENT, Maxillo Facial, Trauma & Orthopaedic, General Surgery, Urology Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Plastic Surgery and Breast Surgery. Please be aware, the interview will need to be attended in person. T here is no option for this to be virtual. The post holder is expected to work closely with all disciplines to ensure the promotion of high standards for all patients requiring all aspects of peri operative care, following appropriate training encompassing a variety of specialities. The role of the nurse is to provide a holistic, high quality, patient focused, comprehensive, efficient and safe service for the patients cared for at Kettering General Hospital, acting with responsibility, accountability and integrity, reporting adverse events and poor practice to the person in charge. The nurse would be expected to use resources and engage in change and service improvements effectively and responsibly. The post holder will always act in accordance with the NMC code/HCPC and local standards of care and policies.
