This important role will require you being able to work without direct supervision and respond to the changing needs of the ward on a daily basis. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the ward team; you will be responsible for the co-ordination of all patient facilities/services on the ward, ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment. The main element of the role is ensuring and supporting the delivery of cleaning, catering and minor maintenance, together with other specified tasks to meet individual patients needs, as determined by the ward sister/charge nurse.
