Your main responsibilities will be: Providing day to day care to our patients. Ensuring their safety at all times. You will be responsible for delivering the care and documenting your actions. Interview date: TBC You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team delivering care to the patients Your duties will be maintaining standards on the ward. Delivering a high quality of care by assisting with hygiene, nutrition and hydrations as well as providing physiological support to the patients and carers. The ward cares for elderly and patients many who are living with dementia, this can be challenging at times but very rewarding. About us Please ensure you have read through the attached Job Description and Person Specification before submitting your application. Undertake personal care duties for patients within the care setting accessing supervision from registered healthcare practitioner. Personal care refers to delivery of personal hygiene and assisting with feeding, not requiring clinical skills. Record patients personal care information in accordance with local and trust policies. Work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Trusts vision and values providing safe, high quality compassionate, person-centred care. Demonstrate ward routine to new employees in own work area, where required. "}
