We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist, ideally with experience in paediatrics and/ or working with children to join the Children's Integrated Therapy team. You will have the opportunity to work in the South of Oxfordshire with bases in Wallingford and Abingdon. You will be part of the Children's Integrated Therapy team, providing specialist Occupational Therapy for children and young people with a range of needs including complex disability. They will have responsibility for their own caseload, as an autonomous practitioner, adapting their approach to meet the needs of the child in a range of settings including patient's own homes, clinics and schools. You will work with the professional leads and team leaders to ensure an efficient, high quality therapy service is delivered which is evidence-based and centred around the needs of the child/young person. You will provide line management and clinical leadership for qualified and non-qualified staff working at lower grades. You will work jointly with other members of the multi-disciplinary team including Education, Social and Health Care, and will support the EHCP process and delivery of recommended provision.
