You should be competent in delivering occupational health practice in a variety of sectors but ideally within the NHS. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be required to plan, develop and deliver specialist nursing provision to the Trust and to contract clients, offering a full programme of services. Act as a specialist Occupational Health Nurse Advisor and provide support to the band 5 OH practice nurses. To provide a full range of Occupational health nursing service to NHS and external staff as an experienced Specialist Occupational Health Nurse advisor To provide highly efficient occupational health care to the Trust's employees and other private clients without supervision. To maintain effective communication with clients, managers and other professional to ensure service delivery To provide comprehensive report, including returning to work plans with graduated timeline and facilitating rehabilitation as required Assist and advise HR, line managers and employees with regards to matters pertaining to personal health advice, health and safety at work.
