The appointee will be expected to bring innovation and vision, to further develop a service fit for the future needs of our local population whilst ensuring that current service provision continues to be high-value and delivered to the highest standard. Frequent review of the service is anticipated to ensure that Trust and departmental strategic priorities are being met. The development of relevant research interests will be encouraged, and opportunities will be enhanced alongside areas of specialist interest.
