We are looking for exceptional, committed, caring and compassionate Staff Nurses with post-registration experience to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team. Successful candidates will join our friendly, supportive teams led by Supervisory Senior Sisters / Service Managers / Team Leaders and be part of a nursing skill mix reflective of the acuity of the patient group. The Trust has a 12 month Preceptorship program for newly qualified staff and a local robust development program for experienced staff which will provide you with support and guidance, regular staff engagement, feedback sessions and a supportive team ethos. About us The post holder is expected to provide relevant forms of care without direct supervision and participate in the supervision and teaching of untrained staff.
