The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and professional advice to members of the multi-disciplinary team. They will also provide ongoing responsibility for the operational effectiveness of the Emergency Department. The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of nursing and support staff on a shift basis. As well as being in charge of the department you will monitor quality, safety and high standards of patients care and ensure patient flow throughout the department.
