Junior Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology The purpose of this post is to provide extensive training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology To participate in on call rota as a JCF. To participate in audit and research. To participate in clinical and other service activities with the object of ensuring a high standard of patient care. To participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training. About us Post-holder will also get dedicated time in their rota to develop a specialist skill. Post-holder will be expected to take up a research work during this post and will be provided with full academic support. The post-holder is expected to participate in local MDT meetings, strengthen local service protocols, attend patient tracking and business meetings where needed. The clinical fellow would be encouraged to undergo regular appraisal organised in blocks of 4 months to develop a learning plan and portfolio. The post holder will be supervised by their supervisor for both clinical and academic activities. "}
