What you'll need: Post registration experience as a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse/OT or Social Worker, preferably within a Forensic Setting. Experience / Interest In group work, talking therapies and therapeutic activities. Experience of working within a Trauma informed framework. Experience of working with Neuro developmental Disorders. Minimum of 18 months post qualification experience Experience of working within a specialist area of mental health Experience of leading a team to achieve objectives and high standards of patient care Experience of developing and maintaining effective links with external agencies to enhance patient care Experience of writing reports and acting as an advocate for service users Experience of conducting appraisals and personal development planning and of providing feedback in a constructive way *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
