The Data Analyst role is to ensure collection, analysis and dissemination of data to provide high-quality information, to aid the interpretation of operational performance and decision making for Tees Valley Children in Care. The post holder will be required to work closely with both the Named Nurse and Service Manager, to report progress against the delivery of our Key Performance Indicator's and Local Quality Requirements and support development of new performance indicators and dashboards. They will also be required to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across HDFT, the ICB and external partner agencies to monitor the impact of the Tees Valley Children in Care service and determine the health and well-being needs of the cohort we serve.
