Marston Forest Healthcare in Bedfordshire are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team. To provide non-clinical and clinical admin support to the Administration and Practice Management Teams, Doctors and Health Professionals, which includes reception duties and admin duties. Candidates will have the initiative and take responsibility for daily decision making; have an innovative approach to problem solving and developing services; ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to meet service demands. In addition the post-holder will be required to prepare and attend meetings as required, and work flexibly to meet departmental and service needs. As an Administrator you will have the ability to work within a team, have strong communication skills by phone and face to face, be flexible, positive and calm under pressure. As an organisation we have ambitious plans for the future and are proactive in supporting individuals to develop portfolio careers. About us The job description is attached. We are seeking a full time candidate to work Monday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Tuesday 8am - 2pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Thursday 8am - 2pm and Friday 8am - 6pm each week. Expectations can be discussed in depth at the interview. The ideal candidate will have clear and effective communication and organisation skills, which will come naturally to them whilst supporting colleagues in the delivery of an outstanding patient experience. Having evidence of delivering a high level of customer care to patients will be vital in supporting the business in achieving its objectives. "}
